You can adjust the pressure of the air by pressing the "AIR LEGS" to adjust a setting comfortable for you. Enjoy.

Overall body massage with AMT - Press the "COMBO" button where the kneading and tapping action is activated simultaneously. Then press the "MANUAL" button till the light is on "OVERALL." This will ensure that the kneading/tapping action is activated to go up and down throughout the neck, back and lumbar area. Then press the "AIR SEAT" and "AIR LEGS" for the AMT to massage the lower body while your neck is being massaged.
